YEREVAN, JULY 19, ARMENPRESS/BTA. Urgent reforms are needed to ease the investment process, said Chamber of Architects in Bulgaria (CAB) Board Chair Vladimir Milkov on Thursday at the BTA National Press Club in Sofia. Milkov presented initiatives to reform the sector and optimize the construction and investment process. The aim is to reduce the administrative burden, to be in line with good European practices and to improve the quality of the urban environment.
