Brown Bears' Change of Habitat Increased Predation Rates of Vulnerable Prey

Researchers had identified an active hunting strategy used by brown bears to replenish after a six-month hibernation. Apparently, the starving predator switches its habitat to hunt reindeer and moose calves on their calving period.
