RIDGEFIELD — At a special meeting Monday night, the Ridgefield Board of Education appointed Nancy Caron, of Brookfield, as the new principal of Farmingville Elementary School. Caron currently serves as the curriculum and instruction site director at Rowayton Elementary School in Norwalk, and will begin her role in Ridgefield on July 1.
“Ridgefield’s educators have a reputation of being the best and the brightest, and I feel very privileged to be joining the team,” Caron said. “I can only assume that they had an amazing candidate pool, so I feel honored to be the one that was chosen.”
