Brooke Carlton, 9-year-old motocross rider, dies in 'freak accident' at Calif. track

Brooke Carlton was riding her off-road motorbike at Lake Elsinore Motorsports Park when she was struck by another juvenile rider shortly before 10 a.m., according to officials and the family.
