British to move forward with Troubles-era legacy proposals

Relatives for Justice says that victims of all persuasion will "once again" look to Irish America, among others, as Britain moves forward with its Troubles-era legacy proposals. Relatives for Justice said the proposed legislation "undermines the rule of law," including the Good Friday Agreement.
