Brawner optimistic more EDCA projects with US will be operational next year

Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) chief General Romeo Brawner Jr. is optimistic that more projects in Enhanced Defense Cooperation Agreement (EDCA) sites with the United States will be operational next year.
