When Claire Tremaine first found out she was pregnant, her biggest worry was what nursery furniture she would need for her baby.
But at her 20-week scan she was hit with the heartbreaking news her baby had heart problems and suddenly she had "bigger things to worry about".
The 26-year-old, from Plymouth, was offered a termination when she was 26 weeks pregnant, but declined and vowed to "fight every step of the way" - now her baby girl Ivy has proved to have inherited the same courageous spirit as her inspiring mum.
