Brandywine, Jennersville hospitals to remain open after Tower Health finds new ownership

Both Brandywine and Jennersville hospitals in Chester County will remain open after Tower Health agreed to sell both facilities to Canyon Atlantic Partners LLC, an Austin, Texas-based hospital management company. Canyon Atlantic Partners will assume control of both hospitals on Jan. 1 and keep both operational as acute care facilities.
