BrahMos Missile: IAF discloses reasons behind accidental BrahMos missile firing into Pakistan

The Indian Air Force (IAF) has disclosed the reasons behind the accidental firing of a BrahMos combat missile into Pakistan in March 2022. The IAF revealed that the combat connectors of the missile remained connected to the junction box, causing the accidental firing. A Court of Inquiry held that a convoy commander failed to ensure the disconnection of combat connectors before movement.
