BPD: Suspect in shooting, explosion may have dementia

The Bakersfield Police Department said 82-year-old suspect in a Sunday morning shooting and explosion in Central Bakersfield was described by neighbors as possibly suffering from dementia or Alzheimer’s symptoms.
