BPD: Hotel guests evacuated while officers negotiate with possible shooting suspect

Hotel guests were evacuated early Thursday morning at the Howard Johnson on White Lane as Bakersfield Police negotiated with a possible shooting suspect, the Bakersfield Police Department reported.
