Boyfriend of missing woman Allisha Watts, who vanished a month ago in North Carolina, is arrested for murder

Allisha Dene Watts, 39, had last been seen driving in Charlotte on July 16, and her remains were recovered Thursday in a rural area some 70 miles where she disappeared, police said.
