Boy, 13, on dirt bike dies after police attempted traffic stop because 'he was driving recklessly'

Stanley Davis Jr, 13 died Sunday after losing control of his dirt bike as he was apparently chased by a Boynton Beach police. The officer said that he was driving recklessly.
