Boy, 13, and one other killed six shootings over 14 hours in NYC as crime spiral continues

Jaryan Elliot, 13, was fatally shot in the Bronx at around 3.15pm Sunday 
Police said a gunman approached Jaryan in a black vehicle, stepped out and began firing in what is believed to be a gang-related hit
He is believed to have been the intended target 
Gun violence has skyrocketed in the Big Apple this summer prompting fevered calls for city officials to take action
