The next BD Winter Forum will take place on February 15-17, 2022
After closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and speaking at length with members of the Vail local community, with recommendations from the hotel properties, we have made the difficult decision to cancel BD Winter Forum, which had been rescheduled for March 30-April 1, in Vail, Colorado.
We plan to hold the next BD Winter Forum on February 15-17, 2022 at the Four Seasons/Sebastian Vail locations in Vail, Coloardo. Further details will be announced at a later date.
Current safety and health restrictions in the town of Vail and Eagle County have made it impossible to effectively execute a BD Winter Forum that delivers the level of connection and signature forum experience you are each accustomed to while ensuring the safety of all attendees. This is due to the continued impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, including the local government restrictions of 50 or less person events and maintaining 6 feet of social distance at all times; the restrictions on congregating and large gatherings imposed by the state of CO and other government and public health authorities; and the various travel restrictions affecting attendees and participating companies. Maintaining the health and safety of each of our customers, partners, and employees remains paramount to us.
