Botox and lip filler ban 'being dodged by under-18s in England' who are 'getting treatments in Wales and Scotland'

The law in England makes it a criminal offence to administer Botox or inject a filler for cosmetic purposes to anyone under 18, even if they are given permission by an adult. But no such law exists in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland.
