So, meet the candidates:
Barry, 80, of Ellwood City said he's the common sense candidate.
A retired businessman, he owned Barry's Service Station, a towing, service and repair shop, for over 50 years, but said his only expertise comes from decades of living and working in the community.
"I'm nothing special," Barry said. "I just listen to the issues coming up and make the best decision for the town."
He's finishing his first term back on the council after serving previously in the early 2000s, and is most proud of the work he's done to offer affordable and reliable electric and sewage services to locals.
