President's massage delivered to Cote d´Ivoire counterpart

Luanda - A massage from Angolan president João Lourenço to the president elect of Cote DŽIvoire, Alassane Ouattara, will be handed over by vice President Bornito de Sousa this Monday.
Bornito de Sousa has been in Abidjan since last Sunday, on behalf of the Angolan Head of State, to witness the inauguration of the President-elect of CÃŽte d'Ivoire, Alassane Ouattara.
The message delivery happens after the Inauguration ceremony of Alassane Ouattara on Monday at Presidential Palace, according to  Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Esmeralda Mendonça.
The official confirmed this to the press shortly after the arrival of Bornito de Sousa in the International Airport Félix Houphouet Boigny, in Abidjan.
