Bond set at $1 million for Grand Forks man accused of shooting at law enforcement

Jeffrey Jacob Simpson Jr. is charged with four counts of Class A felony attempted murder, as well as 11 other charges. His preliminary hearing and arraignment are scheduled for 9 a.m. on May 6.
