Bond denied for Chesapeake man charged with killing driver in road rage incident

Leonard E. Parker, 55, is charged with second-degree murder and illegal use of a firearm for the fatal shooting of Derrick Knight, 51, on Friday in Chesapeake. Parker told police he shot Knight out of fear.
