Bombay HC seeks response from Speaker Rahul Narwekar, MLAs from Sharad Pawar-led NCP faction

The Ajit Pawar-led faction of the NCP had moved the court, claiming that since Speaker Rahul Narwekar had declared the Ajit Pawar faction to be the real NCP, he had to disqualify the MLAs from the Sharad Pawar faction.
