BOEM and NOAA Fisheries Announce Draft North Atlantic Right Whale and Offshore Wind Strategy

Today the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) National Marine Fisheries Service (NOAA Fisheries) announced the release of a joint strategy to protect and promote the recovery of North Atlantic right whales while responsibly developing offshore wind energy.
