A Florida team gets to stay in-state to play its college bowl game.
Tuesday's Boca Raton Bowl features the University of Central Florida Knights taking on the 16th ranked BYU Cougars.
The game is being played at FAU Stadium, which holds 30,000 people, but due to COVID restrictions only 6,000 fans are able to attend. Attendees will also be required to wear facemasks.
The event has typically brought a boost to South Florida tourism, but fewer fans is expected to mean fewer dollars to the local economy.
Kickoff is at 7 p.m. and the game is airing on ESPN.
