Boan, West provide 2020 stats to county council

West apologized, and told the C-I on Wednesday that he apologized to the employee, who accepted the apology. West had been trying to express his frustration with DHEC over what he considers a continued miscounting of COVID-related deaths in Kershaw County, and that the employee had merely been following his superiors orders.
