The BNP chairperson was brought to the CCU around 4 pm, according to Dr AZM Zahid Hossain, a member of Khaleda’s medical team.
“Her condition is currently stable.”
Khaleda was admitted to the Evercare Hospital in Bashundhara for treatment on Apr 27. She had a CT scan of her chest and some heart tests.
On Apr 11, Khaleda tested positive for the coronavirus. She began her treatment, supervised by her personal physician Dr FM Siddiqui, at her home in Gulshan. She took another coronavirus test after 14 days and tested positive again.
