BMW: Main plant in Munich to produce only electric vehicles. In just four years' time, BMW in Munich will produce exclusively all-electric vehicles. To this end, engine production is relocated to England and Austria. Up to now, the »3« and »i4« models have been produced at the plant. The first model of the future all- electric "Neue Klasse" platform is to be produced in Munich from 2026. A year later, the plant will be the first BMW site to switch completely to battery cars.
