BMC Urges Government for Holistic Approach in Implementing Dharavi TDR Rule, ET RealEstate

The BMC has urged the government to take a holistic approach in implementing the Dharavi TDR rule, which proposes that 40% of all TDR used in construction projects in Mumbai must come from the Dharavi redevelopment project.
