LUCIE. VERY, VERY FAR ALONG IN DEVELOPMENT. THE REPORTER: THE LAKE WORTH WATER KEEPERS -- >> THE PAHOKIE MARINA IS BEING A BIT OF A CANARY IN A COAL MINE. >>> HE WAS HERE FRIDAY AND TOOK THE AERIAL FOOTAGE TO ALERT THE COMMUNITY. >> THE BLOOM, THE DISCHARGES, THE PLUMES GET WORSE AND WORSE. >> The Reporter: HE SENT PHOTOS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND WAITING FOR THE DEP TO SEND AN OFFICIAL OUT TO COME AND CONFIRM IT'S TOXIC. HE SAYS THE PUBLIC NEEDS TO GET INVOLVED IN THE LAKE OKEECHOBEE OPERATING MANUAL AND TAKE PART IN HOW LAKE OKEECHOBEE IS MANAGED. >> PALM BEACH GARDENS DOWN TO BOYNTON BEACH, THEY HAVE A PERSONAL STAKE AND NEED TO BE INVOLVED
