Bloomingdale Park Museum reopens March 20 with 'Parodies of Painting Masterworks'
The Bloomingdale Park Museum will kick off its re-opening with the exhibit, "Parodies of Painting Masterworks," beginning March 20.

For its reopening March 20, the Bloomingdale Park Museum is hosting an exhibit titled "Parodies of Painting Masterworks."
The exhibition features several hundred examples of well-known fine art paintings, altered, taken out of context, and re-used in cartoon strips, appropriated for other art pieces, etc.
 
The show is organized by artist, with a copy of an original painting accompanied by other works which parody that original.
