Mate. Tweeting just in the last hour, i have the great honor to announce that i have picked Kamala Harris, a fearless fighter for the little guy and one of the countrys finest public servants. As attorney general, she worked closely with bo. I was proud then and i am proud now to have her as my partner in this campaign. I want to take a look first at how this is impacting the markets. Abigail doolittle has been following the backandforth. Markets turned sharply lower at the close. Abigail we have seen a little bit of a risk on reaction to the harris. Ment of the s p 500 futures down about 0. 9 . Funds also a little bit lower. A little bit of a risk on move on that announcement. On the day, not that much. 100 down for the third day in a row. Theical sectors such as financials. Apple down about 3 . Factore isi, flagging the that there could be a slump. Another piece of it. Silver, the futures have reopened on the day. For the day that just was down 15 for spot silver. The worst day since 2008. ,he connection to technology too far, too fast. You would not think these are risk assets. What i would say gold, silver, and apple have in common, they are fed liquidity assets. Silver up 150 . They chart in a very similar manner. This suggests something similar could be ahead for apple. Even though the fundamentals are great, perhaps a little bit ahead of itself. Emily i know you will be watching how the markets are digesting this news. There was some pessimism, senator Mitch Mcconnell seeing some talks on a relief bill at a stalemate. What do you imagine this news about Kamala Harris being picked as joe bidens running mate, how do you imagine investors will digest that news tomorrow . Abigail the strategists i have heard speak about it think that whoever joe biden were to pick, it would not be that big of a market moving event. We saw that there was a little bit of a riskon move. Think people will be happy that that ticket is closed up. Markets always like certainty. But in terms of whether or not panic ofof evo the kamali whether or not the , it willamala harris be interesting to see what does happen, if there is something separate. But most strategists i have been listening to on this not expecting too much reaction no matter who it was. We have had a slight risk on move but really pretty small. Emily you could look at senator harris as perhaps the least risky pick he could have made. She has already run for president. Already in a way been vetted by the american public. How does that impact the decisions made not just tomorrow but over the next several weeks. We can assume that senator harris will have some influence given her policies, the issues she has taken on. How do you expect that to play out . Abigail what i would expect is that she really makes a formidable opponent i believe for President Trump. She does not hold back. Decisions,de policy she seems like she would be a relatively i hate to use this word, but like a risk on, bullish pick in really being able to take out trump. Very articulate, not afraid, fearless in some ways. When President Trump goes on stage against people, and a lot of times he is very argumentative against them. That might not be true with her. She is pretty tough. She could be a really strong mate from that standpoint. Some of those factors, that she gets such a formidable that she is such a formidable candidate, especially around talking it debate. Emily absolutely. And she certainly has made her name as a prosecutor and has been known for her tough questioning and senate hearings. Joining us, rick davis, bloomberg contribute in editor mccainmer senator john president ial advisor. You have some experience in these parts. Curious first of all for your reaction to senator Kamala Harris being the pick. Rick she was the safe pick. Joe biden was looking for someone who would not upset the apple cart. He is leading in every battleground state. Polling Good National margin. To ensure asomeone good turnout and not make any mistakes. Kamala harris distinguished herself both in our senate runs but also in our abbreviated president ial campaign as someone who could stick to the script. It may be one of her shortcomings as a candidate that she is a little bit script driven. Emily she has won three elections in california, she is an oakland native, my neighborhood, so a lot of excitement in these parts. Talk about going with the safe bet here. Obviously, you have some experience with senator mccain, sarah palin as his running mate. Do you think Vice President and didarned from that not want to make any rash decisions . Rick when john mccain made his selection of sarah palin, he was 15 points back. Withup against the wall the Convention Next week, much like the timing with this pick. He had to shake it up. It was a big riskreward kind of option. Joe biden exemplifies the pick of a candidate who is 15 points up. Barack obama when he picked joe biden. He was the safe pick, steady eddie. That is what he has done with Kamala Harris. I would say that one core element of this is that the Democratic Party need a big black turnout for election day. It is what escaped from their quotient in 2016 when trump won. Styleeed a barack obama 2008, to hunt 2012. They are banking on Kamala Harris to drive some of that. And she should. She is well known in the community. I dont think it is a risky bet. Emily lets talk about the environment that this is happening in. Kamala harris, the first black woman on the ticket. The first asianamerican woman on the ticket, in the middle of the black lives matter movement, some of the his criticisms of her is that she was too tough as a prosecutor on africanamericans. There is Great Potential for her to help joe biden reform the criminal justice system. You expect she will have a target on her back despite the fact that she is a minority running mate here . Rick the biggest advantage that republicans have is the Democratic Party. They do have a tendency to turn on themselves. In this case, i would say they are pretty unified behind barack obama behind joe biden. Because donald trump has never given them any real window to be supportive of his candidacy. There will be some pushback. If you were a betting man and you had to go one way or the other in the Biden Campaign, further left to embrace more of the black lives matter agenda, which includes defund the police, you are taking a risk. If you embrace the social justice aspects of that same movement but do it in a way that preserves peace and order in society, you have sort of gone that way with Kamala Harris. She should fit the bill. They are going to have a reckoning within the Democratic Party. She is not progressive enough for a wing of the party that has a lot of energy. She will have a history that will be taken apart and put back together as a prosecutor. She stood that challenge when she ran for president. So there probably will not be a lot of new news in that cycle. Emily the Vice President tweeting this announcement. Earlier in the day, we had learned that he had made his choice. We did not know what the choice was. The campaign was hoping to make the announcement on social media before it leaked out. They basically accomplished that. It speaks to the power of these platforms about how important these platforms are at a time when so much of the campaigning has to be done remotely. Biden this joe is a show where we cover technology. How do you imagine that Kamala Harris will weigh in on some of these issues facing big tech companies. Freespeech issues. And how Companies Like facebook and twitter moderate hate on their platforms given how important these are to political advertising, driving people to the polls, and solidifying views as such views essentially . Rick i think the announcement today is an amash to the social meet is an homage to the social media movement. You dont break news anymore by doing a press conference, going on the evening news. You break news by going on a social media platforms that you can drive eyeballs to and collect those as part of a future campaign of outreach. The Biden Campaign knows that they are behind when it comes to the amount of weight they have within the social media world compared to what donald trump has built. Educatedhis is an effort to try and build a bigger base within the social media platforms that they put this out on today. This is one aspect of the political piece. Bere is no question going to a very difficult reckoning if joe biden and Kamala Harris and up in the white house in january, with the media and Technology Firms in america. Is going to bews a big debate on capitol hill. Those issues are going to be reconciled a legislation. There will be lots of bills passed. The question is, will those come from a democratic senate, democratic house, or a mix . And will they wind up on the desk of joe biden or donald trump . They do have a difference of opinion when it comes to these platforms and social media. We will see how they fare. I will say, if you compare just the rhetoric of donald trump and sort of his antimedia fake news rhetoric to biden who i think goes out of his way to try and for the credentials of the media , at least there is an opening to work with. There is no question that the emerging issues in this decade are going to be attacked. Emily is going to be tech. Emily what these platforms dont have going for them is that they are facing fire for both sides of the aisle. Rick davis, contributing editor, former Campaign Manager for john mccain. We will be talking about this more throughout the hour. Former Vice President joe biden picking senator Kamala Harris as his running mate. Facebook, 22 million pieces of hate speech removed from its platform in the second quarter. Exponentially more than last year. That and more coming up. We are standing by for a news briefing at the white house. Will take you there when it happens. This is bloomberg. Emily facebook has removed 22. 5 million pieces of hate speech for violating the companys policies. Postsm just 2. 5 million two years ago. One of the interesting takeaways is that facebook is saying that Artificial Intelligence is doing vastly more of the identifying of these facebook posts than it has in the past. Talk to me about the size and scope of the numbers. Up from prioray years. Mentioned, like you it is not because there is more hate speech on the internet. Facebook ise getting more aggressive at using its algorithmic detection. Part of it is because they have to. Ofy had to send home a lot their regular content moderators due to covid. A lot of the things they try to moderate through facebook cannot be done from home. Hate speech is one of the things that is very tricky to train Machine Learning algorithms to identify. A lot of it is dependent on the context, on the language. But Facebook Says they are Getting Better at it. Thank you so much for joining us. Critical, going to be how facebook handles this leading into the election. Of course, the big news this hour, Vice President joe biden picking Kamala Harris as his running mate. This is bloomberg. Emily joe biden selecting senator Kamala Harris as his running mate. This will be shortly an historic election. She is the first black and Asian American woman on a major party ticket. And of course they are running this campaign in the middle of a pandemic. Global cases topping 20 million. A recovery for the travel industry seems quite uncertain. The ceo of booking Holdings Says he does not expect normal conditions to return until a vaccine is available. Better than the lows in april and march. Certainly, things have improved a bit. ,hat being said, you are right and until we get a vaccine or some effective treatment, travel will have some issues. We are all still far away. You just heard those numbers. I have filled hotel is not profitable. What we really need is that sense of safety. It is want to feel that ok to travel. Hopefully we will see something in the not so distant future. Here . Re do we go from is it better or is it kind of plateauing now . I am curious as to the trajectory you think we are on. People have been talking about flareups, now all they are coming out with more infections. He look at australia, melbourne. There are parts of the world where things were great or very good, now they are not so good. Even in europe, a bunch of flareups. I think we will be on a roller coaster for quite a while until we get that vaccine. We need that vaccine or some sort of effective treatment. When you read these terrible news items where people are still getting ill and unfortunately some people are not making it through their illnesses, it scares people. You want to go on a holiday, you dont want to be nervous. All of that leads to cash burn, etc. You are cutting some of the workforce. I wonder how many levers left you have to sort of make it through until there is a vaccine. We did raise over 4 billion. But we are feeling comfortable in terms of where our Balance Sheet looks like. We have been very clear to the street that we have no problem getting through this crisis. That being said, what will the other side of the hill look like . What will change in terms of the industry . Business travel does provide a lot of revenue to some of the big chains. The front of the airplane is where people are paying those big fares. On people going to be going as many business trips as the past . We are more leisure oriented. When there is a lack of demand, those people on the supply side, they are more interested in working with a distributor like us to help fill that empty see on a plane or empty room in a hotel. We dont want it that way but that is what is going to happen. Emily the ceo of booking holdings. The big news this hour, former Vice President joe biden picking senator Kamala Harris as his running mate. She is the first black and Asian American woman to be on a major party ticket. Statewide elections in california three times. She has in a sense already been vetted by the american public, having run for president. Surprisesome sense a given how she and biden interacted and some of the earlier debates. But a big decision and largely now seen as a safer decision. He announced the news on twitter and we are now hearing that and she plans to deliver a speech tomorrow in delaware. More on that later in the show. We are also standing by for a news briefing by President Trump. We will take you live to the white house when that happens. This is bloomberg. You doing okay . Yeah. The first black and Asian American woman on a major party ticket. Joining us now, joel rubin, democratic strategist and former Deputy Assistant secretary for legislative affairs, also the president of the Washington Strategy group. What is your reaction to this . What does this signal to the ticket . Signals that joe biden is all in. He is bringing on board a strong progressive africanamerican woman who is a powerful senator with national chops. Hes going to take the fight to donald trump. Hes found a partner who is going to stand with him as a combined ticket and stands in stark contrast to donald trump and mike pence and it is going to be a very Aggressive Team heading down the home stretch to november. Soly obviously theres been much speculation leading up to this and just a couple weeks ago we were hearing that perhaps joe biden wouldnt be able to get over some of the issues he had early on in the campaign with Kamala Harris, who really took him to the mat in terms of his record on busing. There was some backandforth after that. What do you make of the fact that he was able to get over that in terms of making this pick . He was evert think the person who had to get over it. I think it was many of the people that had to deal with it. But he seems to be the kind of person and he is the kind of person that can look past debates and political clashes because he understands politics. That is a strong quality in a leader. He can work with engaged diversity and that is what we need right now. And what joe biden is bringing to the table is leadership, equality of healing, engaging people, being able to respect difference, and that is such a different tone from what we have in the white house now, and a show of strength. He has enough selfconfidence to be able to deal with those who may not agree with him on everything. Emily we are hearing that senator harris is scheduled to speak in delaware tomorrow. Vice President Biden made the announcement on twitter. Which speaks to the power these platforms will have in a remote campaign. They have some hard work cut out for them. Biden is ahead in the polls, but talk about what they need to accomplish. Number one, getting more people to vote. Joel with three months to go, and the convention will be next week, and after that the final sprint, it is the get out the vote moment where Vice President biden and Kamala Harris are leading the charge. It is about many of the swing states. In particular in the midwest, michigan, minnesota. States like florida as well. It is critical to get voters mobilized and out. Out,mocrats get our voters we will win this election. But getting people out is always the hardest task and one that no one can take for granted. We are going to see the campaign emphasize voter contact through the zoom and the covid pandemic. It is harder, but there will be a significant amount invested in technology, testing, emailing, to get people to come out and vote. But more importantly, to ensure they do their mailing balloting that President Trump is so afraid of. Emily bidens ability to connect remotely and on social media has been questioned, especially since President Trump has so expertly used social media to his advantage. Senator harris is a much younger candidate. Do you think that bringing her on to the ticket will improve the way the campaign uses and connects on some of these Digital Channels . Harris ran for president already. Merge going to see that with joe bidens infrastructure and the Democratic National committees infrastructure and others who have endorsed him. It is important to ensure that their infrastructure, their engagement, does reach everyone. It is going to require a lot of creative messaging. It is a complicated environment when one doesnt have the doortodoor canvassing operation that is typical for a campaign of this nature. We are going to have to see a lot of creative ads, direct ms thatng, online foru highlight the candidates. Senator harris is a National Figure herself. She has stature. Combine that with joe biden who has nearly five decades of national presence. It is a ticket that is already well known. It is less about name identification and more about ensuring that there is voter mobilization. Lets talk about this from a policy perspective. Biden recently unveiled his economic plan. Has taken ons health care as one of her issues. We are concerned with the antitrust issues. What kind of influence do you think she will have on his campaign and his policy proposals now that she is officially part of the ticket . Heavyweight on issues of law and order and national security. She made a name for herself early on as a very powerful questioner of bill barr, brett kavanaugh, and other judicial officials and the trump administration. You can bet that shes going to have a significant say over the questions of how the Justice Department works, really a lot of the domestic issues that run through antitrust, issues that certainly shes going to have a hand in. Not a Vice President ial pick to sit on the sidelines. I think that is to joe bidens credit. In many ways hes taking the playbook out of what barack obama did, when barack obama picked a seasoned, strong senator, who was really a partner. We have a strong number two who comes in with a portfolio they can execute. She was the da in california and that is a major portfolio. Emily absolutely. Joel rubin, thank you so much. President trump has just taken the podium. Governors of and these states and cities have an absolute duty to use all resources necessary to end the violence and all of the injury and death. New york city has an army of great police. I know them very well. New yorks finest are as good as it gets. They should be allowed to do their job. If they are allowed to do their job, the new york city problem will be solved and be solved quickly. They do it well. The mayor bill de blasio should immediately hire back all of the police who were fired without justification. They were fired. I guess that is part of the fund the police by the democrats. They should hire new york citys finest back. They have some incredible policeman doing specific jobs that nobody else can do when it comes to terrorism and other things. Together, the city of chicago and the state of illinois have 25,000 police officers, sheriffs, and guardsmen available to quell any violence. They can do it quickly and easily if allowed to do their jobs. Incredible, ent is but they have to be allowed to do their jobs. The radical left democrats because they are becoming more and the same, you look at election results, the democrats are being taken over by the radical left. The city of portland and the state of oregon have 10,000 fine officers and guardsmen available. Statee and washington have 10,000 available. City of seattle and Washington State itself, they have great people. Them to deploy these resources to protect their citizens and stop the violence. And all the things that we watch on Television Going on. A lot of the unfortunately fake news, it shows that the democrats are doing a very bad job. They have to put it on. They have to be honest with the people of this country. Im offering all available federal support requested to stop the violence and arrest criminals. Rapidly. E there very it is ready, willing, and able. We are ready, willing, and able to go to these jurisdictions and take care of them. You saw what happened in minneapolis. They ripped the city apart and the National Guard went in and it ended immediately. It was immediate and lasted. These acts of destruction are not isolated incidents, but demonstrate the pattern of violent leftwing extremism is him that you get to see if you are watching the right news program. Under any rational definition, the arson attack on the Police Precinct in portland would be considered an act of leftwing domestic terrorism. They really are anarchists. These are leftwing anarchists. And im anarchistsss directing the department of justice to stop these anarchistsss immediately. And to work with the city and the state to get the job done. Local authorities have to investigate and prosecute all of these crimes immediately. We will work with you and the local authorities know who they are. They know where they come from. They are to get their act together and get it done. We are ready to help. You shouldnt need that help. You should be able to do it yourselves and get it done very well. You have Excellent Police and law enforcement, but you have to let them do their job. ,hat you are seeing in portland seattle, new york, chicago, is the democrat roadmap for america. They want every city in america to resemble portland. They want to pass federal legislation gutting and hamstringing every Police Department in america. They want to get rid of your second amendment. They want to end cash bail. Defund Police Departments or at least largely defund. You see that with new york. 1 billion they took out and crime has gone through the roof. And appoint farleft prosecutors who side with the criminals and target lawabiding citizens. If the left gains power, no city, town, or suburb will be safe. Vaccine front, some very good news today. I met with the leaders of operation warp speed, our historic undertaking to produce a safe and effective vaccine. We heard an update from the top scientists and the leaders of pharmaceutical companies, which right now arent thrilled with me. They are taking millions of dollars worth of ads because i created a favored nation status for drugs, which is going to reduce drug prices. Numbers that have never been heard of or thought of. When you see those ads, that means your drug prices are coming down. When you see ads attacking your president , that means drug prices are going to be falling very soon. This evening, we have reached an agreement with moderna to manufacture and deliver 100 million doses of their Coronavirus Vaccine candidate. The federal government will own these vaccine doses. Weve also secured partnerships with Johnson Johnson as well as sanofi to support the largescale manufacturing of their vaccines. Doing very well in those vaccines. Tremendous promise in every single one of them and we have many of them and they are years ahead of schedule. Where we are now would have taken years. Three vaccine candidates are in phase three trials already. This is the final stage. We are investing in the development and manufacture of the top six vaccine candidates to ensure rapid delivery. The military is ready to deliver a vaccine. Approved byis fully the fda. And we are moving close to that approval. We are on track to rapidly produce 100 million doses as soon as the vaccine is approved and up to 500 million shortly thereafter. Speed is thep largest and most advanced operation of its kind anywhere in the world and anywhere in history. Weve treated more than 86,000 americans with convalescent plasma. A recent study found that this resultst may produce which are incredible. Andook to a reduction reduced mortality rate by 50 and possibly even more than 50 . I urge americans who have recovered from the virus to go and sign upus. Gov and donate. We would appreciate that. Successful, very unbelievably successful, and we would love you to go and donate. As we continue to confront the global pandemic, the United States economy is rebounding with strength like nobody thought possible. Tomorrow, today, and in my opinion, we are poised for a great Third Quarter and some great stock market numbers and 401 k numbers and Everything Else. Today, the dow jones passed 28,000 points for the first time. Justthan a 50 surge since march. E increased by 50 more than. It has recovered nearly all of its value since the virus struck our nation. Is incredibleomy and its economic recovery is outpacing our peer nations. Last quarter, the European Unions gdp decline was nearly 40 , worse than the United States. So it is 40 worse than the United States. Such a strong base that we are able to do things and sustain better than anybody in the world by far. Frances gdp decline was nearly 80 worse than ours and spain experienced a contraction twice as severe as the United States. Nationwide, we continue to see improvements in our fight against this pandemic. 87 of theweek, counties in the United States report declining cases. 87 of the counties in the United States reported declining cases. Mortality has declined by 7 . Hospitalizations are declining rapidly. States that were primary hotspots have reduced cases by nearly 25 . But all americans must remain vigilant, practice good hygiene, socially distance, wear a mask whenever possible, whenever you are getting too close to people, and protect the elderly. Always protect the elderly. Since the end of july, the seven day average for cases in the United States has fallen by nearly 20 . Continues to increase in nations across the globe. France and germany both recorded their highest daily number of new cases in three months. Not that i want to bring that up, but might as well. The sevenday case average for germany has increased by 62 since last week unfortunately. That is truly unfortunate. It has increased 82 in france. 113 in spain. 30 in the united kingdom. Those are big increases. Cases are also rapidly increasing in the netherlands, sweden, belgium, switzerland, slovakia, and other european countries. In our country, they are going down. We will be seeing that even more rapidly as time goes by. The though america has largest at risk population, including 1. 5 million residents at Nursing Homes, about five times that of other european countries, europe has experienced a nearly 40 higher excess mortality rate than the United States. We also have fewer deaths per capita, excluding the disastrous deaths from the new york tristate area, which had a very hard time. And did better than our peer nations of western europe thanks to our excellent and highly advanced medical care and skill, something the news doesnt tell you. They dont like to tell you that. Conducted states has more than 66 million tests, far more than any other nation in the world. India, which has a population of 1. 5 billion people, has done 24 million. We are at 66 million and india is at 24 million and india is second. The entire region of latin america comprising 33 countries has conducted 25 million tests. Yet latin america has more confirmed cases by far than the United States. As we safely restore our great economy and reopen our schools and hopefully we can watch colleges play football, these are young, strong people. They wont have a big problem with the china virus. So we want to see college hopefully art and lot of great people are going to be out there. They are going to be playing football and they will be able to fight it off. Hopefully it wont bother them one bit. Most of them will never get it statistically, but we know we will see more cases at some point. We will eventually develop sufficient immunity in addition to Everything Else we are doing. Get out there and play football. People want to see it. Stand for your national anthem. People are not happy when that doesnt happen. You look at the nda, their ratings, i dont know. Cant imagine why, but they didnt stand, they didnt show respect to our flag. They didnt show respect to our national anthem. Maybe that is having an impact. Just not good. The nfl had its problems two years ago. They went way down in their ratings and their fans and they struggled back and now they are putting themselves in the same position. So stand for your flag and stand for the national anthem. Going to doare fantastically well. A lot of people arent going to watch if you dont. Im one of them. Arestrategy and attention focused on preventing the cases that are most likely to require discussing the opening of schools, hospitalization, or produce any death. We have to maintain vigilance over our Elderly Population. Weve learned that i think more than any single event. Vigilant. Be very we have to really protect our Elderly Population that has lung, anyith heart, diabetes, andss, we are at the same time in very good shape with respect to hospital room and hospital overcrowding, we are in great shape. On the nursing home front, protecting our nursing home residents is a critical focus of our strategy. Willecently announced they use the Provider Relief Fund to deliver 5 billion to further protect Nursing Homes and longterm care facilities as they continue to combat the china virus. We have delivered over 1800 rapid pointofcare testing devices to Nursing Homes and we are in the process of delivering these devices to all 15,000 medicare and medicaid certified Nursing Homes by the end of september. So they are going to have very rapid tests. They wont have to wait around two or three or four days. That number has come down substantially compared to what it was. We are now at a position where we are sending very rapid tests, five minutes to 15 minutes. We will care for americas seniors as we develop the vaccine and therapeutics and therapeutics are coming along very well. Think we have some great answers on therapeutics. You will be hearing about them in the future. Im very much into the world of therapeutics, where you go to the hospital and give a shot or do what you have to do, perhaps transfusion, combinations of what you can do, and people get better. I like that very much. Proceed in aen successful, in getting it, that will probably even proceed vaccines. But therapeutically, we are doing very well. A lot of people are going to be very happy when they see the numbers that im seeing and some of the results. Tremendous things are happening on the vaccine front, on the therapeutic front, and our country should be proud of itself. We are going to get it delivered very rapidly. Ok, questions . Are due toon people be evicted from their homes next month. Do you fear that this could be your Herbert Hoover moment if you do not reach a deal with congress . We are not allowing that to happen. We are stopping evictions. We are not going to let that happen. The democrats, maybe they dont care, but i care, and we signed an executive offer, you know that, right, and we are not letting people be evicting. Questionsuld have two , one about senator harris record and a different one about pfizer abuse. Regarding senator harris, you had a pretty Quick Response to that, that she was a phony. She was a what . A phony. And i wanted to ask about specific examples. Da, she oversaw 1900 marijuana convictions. Shess asked last year if ever smoked marijuana, and she appeared to joke and said she was listening to snoop dogg and tupac. She is against petroleum products. Go intoou do that, and pennsylvania, ohio, or oklahoma, the great state of texas. She is against fracking. Fracking is a big deal. Shes in favor of socialized medicine, where you lose your doctors, you lose your plans. She wants to take your Health Care Plans away from 180 million americans. That areon americans happy with their health insurance. She wants to take that away. She was my number one pick. She was my number one draft pick. We will see how she works out. Thedid very poorly in primaries, as you know. She was expected to do well. She ended up right around 2 . And spent a lot of money. A lot of things happening. I was a little surprised that he picked her. Ive been watching for a long time. She was extraordinarily nasty to kavanaugh, judge kavanaugh then, now Justice Kavanaugh. Thing, just a horrible the way she treated now Justice Kavanaugh and i wont forget that. So she did very poorly in the primaries and now shes chosen, so lets see how that works out. [inaudible] i cant tell you what shes voted for. I dont think she knows. I think joe knows even less than she does. But i was surprised at the pick. I was more surprised because she did so poorly. Many people did much better than her in the primaries. And that is like a pole, you know . About fisa, now it is widely accepted among republicans that there was fisa abuse. In 2013actually warned that the Surveillance Court was allegedly a rubberstamp. I dont think as president youve commented on edward snowden, but do you think he should be allowed to return without going to prison . There was tremendous fisa abuse. It is amazing that it has taken this long. Everyone knows it has been proven substantially. Changing documents and putting documents in front of the court, courts that are disgraceful that they could have done it, and the biden, we caught joe president obama, the whole group
