New Caloundra head coach Leigh de Jersey said it was great to take out the competition in what was a “pretty crazy” final.
“It was all about getting each other playing for each other and little bit of fun before the season starts,” he said.
“We well and truly know it doesn’t mean much towards the season itself because a lot of players didn’t play.
“But, it was a great confidence boost and was great for morale.”
