The synthesis, which was sent to Mario Cardinal Grech, the Secretary General of the Synod of Bishops in August suggests that "In a process like this it is easy to get caught up in responses that call for change especially change in terms of others, teachings and practice and forget that the real change begins in the hearts of individuals then flows out."
