Birmingham man allegedly stole 17 pounds of mail using mailbox keys illegally bought from postal worker

Birmingham, Homewood, Pelham, Hoover, Vestavia Hills and other cities have reported thefts from U.S. Postal Service blue collection boxes over the past year.
