Billerica Select Board sets special election date for town center project after order by judge

BILLERICA — In what was one of their most contentious meetings in recent memory, the Select Board voted unanimously Friday evening to set Feb. 17 as the date for a special election on the controversial town center project after the board was ordered to do so by a judge.
