Billerica Select Board rescinds $38G in community funds due to 'untruthful' application

BILLERICA — The Select Board voted 4-0 Monday to rescind $38,000 in community funds awarded to Community Caregivers after the organization was found to have incorrectly listed multiple people as their board members on their application for funds.
