BIll would make it easier for hospitals to move seniors to LTC homes: Minister

Ontario faces a hospital bed shortage this fall without legislation that would encourage patients who no longer need acute care beds to move to nursing homes, Long-term Care (LTC) Minister Paul Calandra says.
