Bill Edwards sells one Snell Isle home, takes other off market

Local businessman Bill Edwards sold one of the two Snell Isle properties he had listed for sale last year, and has taken the other off the market.
One of the two adjacent homes, called âAmanyara,â closed on Jan. 18 for $5.35 million, according to Multiple Listing Service data. Although itâs the smaller of the estates and was used primarily for entertaining guests, it clocks in at 8,033 total square feet, with five bedrooms, three full bathrooms and two half bathrooms, plus a fitness room, meditation room, media room, an atrium and heated pool, according to the listing.
