Bill banning transgender athletes heads to South Dakota Gov. Noem's desk

The controversial "fairness in sports" measure was passed overwhelmingly, 50-17, by the GOP-super-majority House. A separate bill banning transgender youth from school bathrooms of their preference also passed the body on Tuesday.
