Bihar boy stuck under bridge: Rescue evades success, NDRF halts ops to form plan B

The NDRF is scrambling to come up with an alternate plan to rescue an 11-year-old boy trapped in between the pillar and a slab of a bridge in Bihar's Rohtas. The operation has been paused and the rescuers are waiting to consult with an expert team.
