Hawaiʻi County Council to vote on lowering fuel tax as prices average over $5 a gallon

At 23 cents a gallon, Hawai’i Island has one of the highest fuel tax rates in the state. One county councilmember is looking at legislation to bring that down. HPR's Sabrina Bodon has more.
