Biden Signs Speak Out Act

President Biden signed into law Speak Out Act which had previously passed House of Representatives on bipartisan vote of 315–109 and Senate unanimously. Purports to allow survivors of workplace sexual assault or harassment to speak out about experiences notwithstanding nondisclosure.
