President Joe Biden kept his face mask on Tuesday after new CDC guidance
Fully vaccinated people can now shed their masks outdoors for just about any activity - unless it involves a crowd, the CDC said on Tuesday
Biden made remarks outside on North Lawn of White House; he was vaccinated against COVID before he took the oath of office in January
He said he wore the mask so people could watch him take it off and not put it back on until he was inside
People who have not been vaccinated can also go maskless at small outdoor gatherings with vaccinated people or while exercising outside, CDC said
