Biden approval rating drops in Utah poll ahead of State of the Union

A Utah poll shows less than a third of Utahns approve of the job President Joe Biden is doing. Biden will give the State of the Union speech on Tuesday. The president is expected to talk about Russia’s war on Ukraine, COVID, inflation and U.S. Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson.
