The incoming Biden-Harris administration has appointed an agency review team for the United States Digital Service, a "startup at the White House" created by Obama in 2014 — the first time this has happened in the short history of USDS.
Government watchers say it's a sign USDS is important to the Biden admin, and with greater support, could move more quickly on much-needed IT modernization efforts across the federal government.
