Bethlehem Councilman Bryan Callahan rules out mayoral run, seeks 3rd council term

Bethlehem City Councilman Bryan Callahan introduces a proposal Jan. 31, 2019, in Town Hall to bar private employers in the city from asking job applicants about their wage history, and using that history in setting a salary offer. The idea is to stop perpetuating wage equality, he said.

There’s long been speculation that Callahan would challenge fellow Councilman J. William Reynolds in the Democratic primary Reynolds and former city administrator Dana Grubb are vying for the party’s nomination in the May 18 election.
