Bethany College announces $3 million residence hall renovation

LINDSBORG — Warner Hall, a residence hall on the campus of Bethany College will undergo a $3 million renovation.
Bethany said the hall, which sits on the north edge of campus at Kansas and Normal Streets, was built in 1970 and houses over 100 students on average every year.
This will be a major overhaul of the building with upgrades to both the interior and exterior infrastructure, including a new roof, exterior concrete work, new windows, flooring and fixtures, electrical and plumbing upgrades and a new heating, ventilation and air conditioning system.
The school said plans are to begin the renovation in May with a completion date projected before students arrive on campus in fall of 2022.
