BESE support state's decision to sue over new Title IX rules

BESE President Ronnie Morris, Vice President Lance Harris and Secretary-Treasurer Stacey Melerine said in a statement that they fully support the decision to sue the Biden administration "in response to its radical changes to Title IX."
