Bernier visits district on his 'Mad Max' tour Back to video
Bernier said he looks at the Green Party of Canada, with just three elected members, and sees how that party has been able to push its agenda and influence discussions on climate change in the House of Commons.
“We just need to have a voice in Ottawa,” Bernier said, addressing an audience of approximately 30 people who gathered in Anson Park in Iroquois Falls Friday morning to hear him speak. “To have some changes, we don’t need to be the government. We can have some changes without being the government.”
