Bernard was 10 when his father designed the Torres Strait flag. Now he's sharing the story through a children's book

Almost two decades after the Aboriginal Flag, the Torres Strait Islands got their flag, designed by the late Bernard Namok. The story of that flag is being shared with young ones in a new children's book.
