Berks woman admits to $375K theft from Upper Gwynedd condo association

Judith E. Butt, 74, of Union Township, pleaded guilty in Montgomery County Court to felony charges of dealing in proceeds of unlawful activity and theft by failure to make required disposition of funds received in connection with thefts from Gwynedd Office Condominium Association in Upper Gwynedd Township that occurred between January 2016 and March 2023.
